Steve is much more suited than anyone to do so, even though he is probably the least deserving of doing so, besides the Hulk who's just... there.

I know Steve is the most suited but Thor's voice is so cool I want both of them to have a moment like that.

@anthp2000: I wouldn't say Steve is the least deserving. He and Tony both played a part in the fracture of that team. Steve was unwilling to sign the accords and listen to the perspective of others.Tony is largely at fault for the accords even being created because of his creation of Ultron, and overlooked serious red flags in the documents because of his own guilt. Both were being unreasonable to a degree.

Steve was acting like a dck throughout the entirety of Civil War. He's mostly the reason the Avengers broke up on my book. If it wasn't for his stubbornness, none if that would have happened. He had several warnings and opportunities to stop, but he put himself and his own pal over everyone else.

I don't believe Tony was the main reason the Accrods were created. It's not his fault that the Hulk was running around destroying buildings in New York or that Wanda couldn't control her power well enough to not blow up an apartment building in Lagos. The concept of the Accords is correct, on paper, they have too much power and they need to be able to control it properly. They need to take more security measures.

I don't agree that signing the Accords was vital, but I do think it was unnecessary to cause all this because of the disagreement. But all Steve did during that time was pour oil in the fire, with his willingness to punch h way out of the airport, his lies towards Tony and his know-it-all attitude, when in reality, he's one of the most inexperienced Avengers of the MCU, as everyone including us, Evans, the Russos and Marvel know.

@anthp2000: Tony absolutely has some fault in the accords. The document's official name is the Sokovia Accords. Tony created Ultron, despite Bruce's warnings and his actions indirectly led to the destruction of Sokovia. Not too mention Tony's first act as Iron Man was flying to the Middle East and taking out terrorist, something the UN is actively trying to keep the Avengers from doing; intervening in foreign affairs without government permission. Like I said, this doesn't all fall on Steve. There were numerous factors that led up to the accords being created and Tony was one of those factors.

Of course Tony was a great factor for the accords being created, but that doesn't really take away from what I'm saying. All of the Avengers are responsible because they didn't seem too mindful of security measures in general. Steve is still the one pouring oil in the fire all throughout Civil War.

It makes the most sense for Cap to do it. He's been the leader all along and its corniness fits his character. The other obvious choice is Stark but somebody like him would be more likely to critique it or poke fun at Cap for saying it.

I can't really see anybody else but Cap saying it. But if they make Captain Marvel just swoop in, save the day and say it I'd actually hate it quite a bit. Why do I get the feeling that's what's going to happen?

I hope Cap gets to say it.

I was thinking of something more on the lines of "Have at thee, thou unpeel'd aubergine." but I guess that works too.
