Maw is tricky, I guess Peter could dodge small proyectiles, but once Maw starts getting serious, idk..

Overall the 4 of them combined are too much for Spidey.

Maw could solo. He doesn't have anything to bring cull down.

Black Order. Maw and Cull are enough to potentially beat him with Corvus and Proxima being somewhat decent distractions.

He could duo Proxima and Corvus, he's no match for all four.
