Asgard's greatest swordsmen
Asgard's greatest swordsmen

Heim and Valk have their signature weapons, are bloodlusted, have basic knowledge on every opponent. Opponents are morals on with standard gear. Before each round they get 30 seconds to devise a gameplan, heal inbetween rounds and even if they lose they still advance foward (this still count as a gauntlet?)... All fights take place in New York City at noon, starting distance of 30 feet unless stated otherwise, win by any means necessary.

Round 1: Sif and Loki

Round 2: Rocket and Groots

Rouns 3: Nebula and Drax

Round 4: Gamora and Ronan

Round 5: Corvus Glaive and Proxima Midnight

Round 6: Ironman (Civil War) and Ultron (2nd form) *Flight restricted, hover allowed at maximum of 20 feet*

Round 7: Thor (2011) and Fodder 3 *Duo start out of sight*

Round 8: Extremis Captain America and Hulk (2008) *Start 60 feet apart*

Round 9: Obsidian Cull and Abomination (2008) *Start 60 feet apart*

Round 10: Hela *No healing wounds immediately, wait time of 20 seconds. No insane weapons generation, she's restricted to the equivalent of 1 whole weapon every 10 seconds but she starts off with 2 swords*

Bonus: Thanos *No Gauntlet*

@the_kidd: Gamora better fighter, more skilled all that jaz. And as gifted and much of a warrior Heimdall is. Ronan seemed a lot tougher imo and with his hammer could good hit should knock him out.

@oceanmaster21: Other than fighting Nebula, Gamora has nothing to show for skills, I'll say Valkyrie easily beating Loki put her above the sisters. Ronan may be tougher than Heimdal(debatable) but Heimdal's should be more useful than Ronan's hammer, he just need a clean hit.

These guys are Thor and Wonder Woman under another guise. They are rather powerful, althought they don't have much in the way of feats. I would say they make it to round eight... If Ronan wasn't encountered earlier; He easily as powerful as Heimdall, probably more, and the Valkyrie's got nothing over Gamora. This pair should have been placed higher on the gauntlet.

@aka_aka_aka_ak: But Heimdall outpowers them both, doesn't he? It was strongly implied in the first movie that Heimdall was a power to deal with. I think he's no less powerful than pre-R Thor - well, maybe a wee bit, but not that much.

I agree they're kind of coming low on the gauntlet.

The guys that made the movie said she got away with the half of Asgardians that survived (those with Thor likely all died). So have the two gladiators from Ragnarok.

There's many things that were wrong with IW, strategically speaking.

Honestly Heimdall is a huge weak link in most rounds. I can't see them winning 1.

They can clear all the Guardian rounds though. They lose to Corvus and Proxima, as well as Tony and Rhodey, ans cannot do much against the higher tier characters.

These guys are Thor and Wonder Woman under another guise. They are rather powerful, althought they don't have much in the way of feats. I would say they make it to round eight... If Ronan wasn't encountered earlier; He easily as powerful as Heimdall, probably more, and the Valkyrie's got nothing over Gamora. This pair should have been placed higher on the gauntlet.

Honestly round 1. I consider all four about the same level but give the edge to Loki/Sif due to Loki's illusions.

They already struggle in round 1 but i will say they clear. If Rocket had prep i would say they stop there. As is, 4 or 5.

If Loki doesn't job they legitimately could stop at 1.

Otherwise probably stops at 6 or 7.
