Juliet has defeated wierd demons, but still demons, while New 52 Harley just shoots down normal people.
I vote for the one the one that is currently blonde.

I'm going with Juliet because a chainsaw has more combat skill in my oppinion, (if either have any.) A chainsaw also has more power and slightly more range (I know because I have a replica of both) and Juliet has more experience fighting bigger and badder things that Harley. (And she is hotter in my oppinion, which is totally a factor.)
