How to Get Day of the Week in Umalqura Calendar

I'm looking for a way to make a function in JavaScript that will give me the day of the week (like date.getDay()
) for example 0-6.
At the moment the function I'm using only allows me to convert back and forth from a Gregorian date to Arabic date. And I'm not sure how to approach this as if I convert the date fx 1440, 01, 01
to Gregorian there is no way to guarantee it will be the same day of the week in the Umalqura.
Any approaches to take a date and get the day of the week? At the moment I'm using this conversion:
