To make it short, both members of the second team have nearly equal strength, with Alicia being a bit stronger. As for feats, Selvaria for example can deflect bullets, slap tank shells out of the air or tank them and easily destroy tanks with her weapons. Bullets also have nearly to no effect. Alicia for example could hold her own in an energy clash between her and a giant tank that could blast through the part of a small mountain

I don't know the second team.
