Megatron and Optimus do not have Alternity feats, as this would make it a stomp.

Why disallow the Sharingan? There are some pretty crazy versions of Prime, Megs and Grimlock I occasionally hear about.

I highly doubt that Genjutsu would work on Cybertronian Machines that run on a totally different life force. So why ban the Sharingan anyway? Unless you fear what Amaterasu and Susanoo of further versions of the Sharingan might do to Team Cybertron.

If you need to remove fundamental aspects of Sasuke and Kakashi then composite the Team TF, I highly suggest you make a totally different battle. Basically, that's no better than Ken Kaneki vs Lucifer Morningstar but you remove his Wings. Or Reimu Hakurei vs Beyonder but we 3-Dimensionally depower him.

I am personally against the idea of nerfing any character for the sake of a battle. That said, it seems you purposely designed this thread to make Cybertron win.

@sungsam: I changed the OP. I was never intending a one-sided battle. Just expected people to say Amaterasu or Sharingan gg. All good now.

@calebtb12: Just saying right now, Prime and Grimlock will have a problem trying to fight, mostly due to their moral of killing humans. Except for Megatron, he has no problem.

There are versions of Optimus who is willing to kill humans if necessary. Have we forgotten a certain Bay movie? Composite Optimus demands this trait to be added, the personality traits as well.

Could go either way, Ninjas are faster and thier avatars are more versatile. Sasuke's Susanoo stomps in an dog fight though it would be beastly to see an armored Kurama flying around like Tails from sonic.

Wow, some actual debate. Didn't think this would ever happen. These four Transformers have a lot of durability feats all the way up to being invincible(Grimlock), Optimus has survived far worse than Susanoo, and Megatron is Prime's level. They also have FTL reflexes. Not going out of my way to defend Transformers, just providing feats. I'll post scans if I can find them.
