Time stone too OP, which is why they couldn't have Strange use it in Infinity War, else the film would've ended with the Titan scene.

With the Time Stone Strange would win.

Without it Vision can one shot with the mind stone if he's serious. If Strange does find a way to hurt Vision he will quickly go intangible and Strange doesn't have anything to show he can affect his intangibility.

Plus Vision is too durable for Strange. He could bfr the guy however.

Strange would win in universe, he just operates on a higher level then Vision does. I just don’t know how he would put him down outside of BFR though.

Strange did better against Thanos with 4 stones without using his own than Vision did against Corvus Glaive. That does indicate who’s the superior of the two.
