R1: DCEU Superman(Post JL) replaces the character at the beginning of the movie. How far does he get in the plot? and how would characters felt about a kryptonian?

R2: the Main character with their friends from favorite film replaces Superman at the beginning of the original man of steel movie. How far do they get against Zod and his new krypton plan?

Let's see what happens with one of my favorites. Superman in 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Funny, he would kinda make the whole plot pointless.

R2: Dr. Manhattan in Man of Steel? Zod is roast. If Manhattan cares enough about earth at that moment that is.

@gokluma: Considering the whole film was about an artifact which was thought to be alien, they would probably have less enthusiasm for exploring the artifact's origin if there's a kryptonian around. Cause, you know, they already know that dude's an alien. And there wouldn't be much need for all the spacecrafts.

R1 : Superman waits and lets joker blow up both the ships and then proceeds to kill joker by snapping his neck.

R2 : Nolan bats and lucius both die along with the rest of the world.

R1: Tarkovsky's The Mirror. Cav-El growing up in WW2 Russia raised by DCEU Martha while DCEU Jonathan is fighting nazis (presumably with more self-preservation than he showed on MoS), intercepted with adult divorcee Cav-El in an existential crisis that may or may not be a lethal disease and unable to connect with his preteen son? I have no idea how his powers would fit in the story, but it can only be great.

R2: Normal dude fighting Zod. That's not going to end well.

Superman just flies out of prison in Shawshank Redemption.

Superman easily wins the Vietnam War and saves Bubba in Forrest Gump.

Superman catches the culprit, doesn't get vertigo, and the movie ends in 5 minutes.

I think this needs very specific magic.

1. Superman solos infinity war. Clark is superior to Thanos, and thus would be stronger with the Gauntlet than Thanos would. Without it, he wouldn't get past the asgardian ship as he can't fly fast enough to go from Titan to Earth without draining himself too much. If he could, it's another general Thor vs Superman thread. If you consider someone else the main character, it depends on who Clark replaces. If he replaces cap or iron man the avengers win or the same thing plays out. If he replaces Thor then Thanos snaps without destroying the gauntlet.

2. Thanos or Thor win at the "threaten my mother" scene. Iron man probably loses at the Zod fight. The big DCEU debaters could make a case for him losing at the smallville fight. Cap utterly roflstomps the verse except for Batman and doomsday. Batman is more durable than 616 Mjolnior (he can survive on the sun, Mjolnir can't) and Doomsday can survive a planetary explosion since he can survive a plane crash, which harms the planet.

Round 1: clark snaps lisa's neck before she can break tommy wiseau's heart.

Round 2: Tommy Wiseau says "oh hai zod" then zod goes through with his plan anyway.

Memento?He just takes the bat to the back of the head then breaks every bone in the robbers' bodies.

He would clear Oblivion but not 100% easily. The alien in Oblivion would send it's armed Tom Cruise clone army and drones against him. He would solo all of them and destroy the ship though.
