This Naruto can grow limbs(with his right hand), is a speedster that can keep up with teleporters, has the ultimate defense with orbs, can fly, can summon toads and amp them with chakra cloak, can spam endless kage bunshins, bijuu bomb versions of all tailed beasts, cannot fall for genjutsu being in perfect sync, can kick away disintegrating black orbs, can level mountains casually..

1km away he just spams bijuu bombs.

Only problems are obito intangibility, jiraiya sage mode, pein n itachi are non factor..

He is fast enough to keep up with teleporters in battle, has a perfect defense, can disintegrate you, can fly, 1000 clones, is immune to Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, spam nukes, spam lava, spam magnetic seals, is fast enough to cover the distance of two countries casually in base while Hagoromo finishes a small speech, not to mention 9 Bijuu RS that made Kaguya lose control of her body.
