Although Prime has a big size advantage its a pretty close match. Chief has taken down things much bigger and stronger than himself. It's movie Prime vs game Chief(duh). the fight takes place in that little town in Thor...(cant remember the name...) (dont know why that town either. :/) Anyway's.. morals off who'd win in a fight. No prep. Standard equipment.

Mastercheif doesnt have a snowball's chance in hell of beatng Prime. I don't know why you think Optimus hasn't beaten stronger guys. If he can take down Shockwave's driller in the Dark of the Moon game (100% canon when the movie was released), he would certainly stomp Mastercheif. Those rockets he used would one shot chief shields or not

I dunno about movie vs game though..Transformers damage output is insane, but their durability is meh. Chief is much faster and has the arsenal to at least hurt Prime. The only way I see Master Chief winning is if he manages to use his sword on Optimus' head, which is pretty much the only way Cybertronians die in the movie. (IIRC, the Fallen had his spark ripped out and he was still chugging for disturbingly long.)

I think even Movie Optimus has a chance. It's basically a case of if Optimus can land the one solid hit he needs to kill John before John eventually brings him down with sustained fire from weapons that should be able to bypass his durability eventually. Though having said that it would also depend on just what weapons Chief has (as "standard equipment" is way too vague for someone like MC, who's arsenal is quite fluid and inconsistent).

A giant robot that can casually flip tanks vs a mid street level character? Geez, i don't know who wins.
