I'd do some exploring. I love to travel, and just because it was under abnormal circumstances doesn't mean I couldn't do some sightseeing.

And then became a homeless dude.

Yeah, for one night, maybe two. At some point I'd find a way to contact my family and get a plane ticket home. And I'd say that's well worth it to be able to travel.

With basically nothing but the clothes on my back, I'd likely try to find the nearest policeman in hopes he can direct me to either a station with a phone if not an embassy.

However if I am dropped in the middle of Mongolia, I'd pretty much just be screwed unless some of the locals find me.

I'd be nervous as hell because I would technically be AWOL from the Air Force. Immediately, I'd have to find a US Embassy and explain my situation to them.
