Mercer should stomp both rounds if I remember the games correctly.

R1: Mercer absolutely decimates him. Wesker is faster but Mercer won't have any trouble tagging him with his AoE attacks.

R2: Does the parasite amp Alex or nerf him? I forget.

@kingcrimson: it takes away all his abilities except morphing, strength and durability

@shade555: Probably still wins then, just has a tougher time.

Mercer is leagues above Wesker in every stat except bullet timing. In other words, Mercer stomps both rounds.

How is Wesker expected to win?

Mercer avoided soundwaves, so i'm not even sure if Wesker has speed over him.
