Penny for your thoughts on this battle? Since he's the obscure character in this battle, here are some showings for those who want to know about Bondrewd's combat capabilities for anyone interested in this battle.
Bondrewd packs an assortment of gear.
He can dodge a blast of energy after it's been fired in mid-air
Can parry a concentrated version of a blast that can destroy a small cliff and partially destroy it's surroundings.
His needles carries an affect that can mess up a person's viscera.

Oh man, why did you have to remind me this series existed? I was trying to hibernate my awareness of it so I could one day rediscover it and read up a bunch of chapters. I do have a question about Bondrewds' "Standard Gear" does that include his small group of followers who transfer bodies with him when his body dies? And if so how many? As many as were presented in the manga?

Well either way Bondrewd would easily eliminate Cyclops and might even capture him for his experiments if he lands one of his "shakers" which afflict abyssal curses. Bondrewd literally dances circles around a light beam and even dodges a point blank light beam without even trying. Although whether he had dodged those beams because of his reaction or due to his transformation giving him that abyssal "reading skill" is debatable. Cyclops' beam cant be any faster than light speed so I dont really see him landing any of his shots. And even if Cyclops decides to that whole "max power" thing where he unleashes a wide arc beam, Bondrewd can always pull out Sparagmos to cancel it out entirely.
Bondrews is just too fast and has too many tools at his disposal.

Bondrewd
VS
Cyclops (Pre AVX)
In character
Winner by KO, Incapacitation or Death
Random encounter
Standard gear and abilities
Fight takes place at an unpopulated city setting at night
