Gamora was straight up superhuman. Achilles was impressive but he wasn't invulnerable in Troy as in the Greek myth, nor was he exactly superhuman. Just a very skilled human. I'll back Gamora.

@boostmygold: Achilles had superhuman feats as well. Two examples are the spear throw and cutting off the head of a solid metal statue with one swing of his sword.

Achilles was a beast, therefore he wins.

What are some of Gamora's Super Human feats?

I seen her carry a gun from a ship i think on her shoulder while it was firing and breaking out of Groots Grasp. (can't think of any others)

I can't find any striking feats and since its not a wrestling match i don't see how those are going to actually effect the battle. Every time i recall her hitting somebody like peter or nebula it doesn't appear to be any super human kind of impact.

EDIT: Well until somebody shows her having an edge in skill or speed, I think I'm going to side with Achilles.

He seemed more skilled than she was in GoTG and having a shield will help him greatly compared to her having just a sword.

The Demi-God takes the ‘strong’ woman.

if Achilles can stab her he wins. if he blocks a punch its a broken arm.

She was trained by thanos and is one of the best fighters in the universe.
