Ihmo an healthy Kimimaro should be equal with Hebi Sasuke basing on how Juugo seen him.

As fast as him (MHS)with a strong body and a type of "regeneration"...but without the Sharingan and his related abilities.

I can see him taking down folks like definitely Sound 4 arc Gaara with much less efforts than his sick/near death version. Deidara (if he doesn't start to fly away) and Juugo.

Base Lee (who was weightless at the time, and who had spent his entire recovery period training) needed a drunken fist buff to be even slightly effective against Base Kimimaru, but the Curse Mark level 2 is supposedly a 10x buff to your stats.
