Overgirl could solo and likely does.

How would she solo if DCEU Superman and Wonder Woman combined couldnt take him down?

So basically Red Tornado and Overgirl vs Doomsday? Overgirl probably solos. Being equal to Kara > DCEU. Killer Frost wouldn't be dead weight as she can probably slow him down or something + Damien's TK makes it a lot easier to make Doomsday slower. They can't contain him, but they can slow him. Vandal would kill his team with the Staff, so he's irrelevant imo.

I'm not familiar with Arrowverse Red Tornado, but I'm assuming he's pretty strong since others aren't counting him out.

That said, it depends on how quick Overgirl gets put down, if it happens early (if he can at all) than he could win. I don't see that happening however, so he gets whittled down bit by bit and after killing most of the team he dies.

Overgirl>Supes across the board(scaling from E-38 Kara).

Couldn't Killer Frost just freeze Doomsday?

They lack the damage output to take down Doomsday. He'll eventually become stronger (after a long beatdown) and overpower the CW heavy hitters.
