If they have him in her solo movie and they build on their relationship like in the comics then I'd say yes.

I don't think they have the chemistry in the MCU, even if they're great together in the comics.

Seems like a better pairing for each other than anyone else currently tho.

I was actually thinking the other day that Bucky and Nebula could be an interesting couple. I'd be into it.

They both see themselves as monsters which was the connection between her and Banner so probably. But Bucky barely has any character traits to begin with so it is hard to say for sure.
