Well Kawaki doesn't even know Naruto. But at least in power/chakra Kawaki can compare Naruto to Jigen and apparently Naruto's comparable to Jigen in raw chakra, which makes sense. It'd be pretty insane for there to be someone with so much chakra that not even Naruto can compare to.

We saw Jigen use yin/yang release, Jigen's no joke I can already tell.
