Without dragon glass or Valyrian steel Loki dies.

The mind stone should work just as effectively on the Night King as anyone else. He then controls them all.

Why would the Night king or Loki hurt each other aren't they all frost giants

Loki lol STOMPS both rounds the Night King is OP in a much Weaker world then Loki and the nine realms he's used to. I'd probably give him the win without the gem too but with it guarantees the Victory. Loki's asgardian physiology is much different then the mere mortals the Knight king is used too. The children's of the Forrest magic isn't above Asgardian magic nor the gem. Loki would end up making the knightking his minion and probably use them against Thor

R1: The Night King destroys Loki. He's got his spear here, he could easily snipe that thing straight through Loki's chest. If it can drop Viserion, it can most certainly drop Loki. Even if he doesn't just win from a range, Loki has nothing that can hurt the Night King, while NK will shatter Loki's weaponry. He's also got ice magic, can cause earth faults, and can renimate any of the dead beyond the wall to join him. He kills Loki and picks up another soldier for his army.

R2: Night King wins again. Viserion's fire is gonna burn the Leviathan alive, it'll be no match. Especially since NK's telepathic bond with Viserion is gonna be much stronger than Loki's tenuous bond with a Leviathan. NK reanimates the Leviathan as well, really stacking the odds against Jon Snow when the time comes.

Physically the only thing the NK has done is throw that spear which shows great explosive strength, but Loki has shown better striking, he's more durable- grenade arrow to the face and Hulk smashing, he's faster, more skilled etc

Why I think is a bad match-up also is because Loki is a Frost Giant and we've seen frost attacks being nullified when used against him which leads me to believe the NK's ice magic won't be all that effective. When it comes to other abilities, both have shown illusion manipulation but Loki has demonstrated it in combat, something which the NK hasn't to my knowledge

With all that said I can't think of a reason why the NK doesn't get stomped, this is assuming they just duke it out and lastly that dragon was a huge target, so sniping Loki with the spear won't be as easy

@firestormfate1919: Loki caught an arrow without even looking. He can deflect a spear. Also, why would NK be able to shatter Asgardian weaponry? Aside from the Scepter, even Loki's knives can pierce Thor's durability.

Loki wrecks unless I'm forgetting something. Saying that the Night King is invincible to everything that's not Valerian steel or Dragon Glass is a NLF.
