Wally jobs, Jessie brings a decent fight (through she isn't consistent at all) and Flashtime brings no advantages apart from extra time.

And it's also well known that DCAU Flash has never fought a speedster girl. Doesn't mean he can't. If speedsters can walk, run, talk, touch, and throw lightning in Flashtime, I think you can come to the logical conclusion that they can fight as well. Saying that they can't is like asking for neck feats.

But, if you still doubt, Jesse can just throw lightning at him, as she was already shown to do.
