DC/Marvel team is too much here. Orion, Supes and Black Adam can take down Darkseid. The full team's might is too much for Thanos to then handle on his own.

Problem here is darkseids a weak link. Thanos has the durability to take a few wins here, but not a majority imo.

Even though 30 min prep is a long time for Thanos, I don't think it will be enough. Thanos will definitely have his shields up. But so will Quasar and Nova, and they both tanked direct hits from Galactus.

But with the help of bloodlust Sentry, Surfer, Martian, Cap-Atom, Black Adam,Thor, Bill, Superman, Gladiator, Cap Marvel, Lantern and Orion (All with perfect teamwork lol) team wins eventually, but with many casualties!

30 minutes of prep, Darkseid and Thanos. Quasar is really the only issue since he can manipulare Thanos’s energy and maybe MMH due to TP

The prep is a game changer but both sides have it, so I'll give the win to the team due to power and versatility. J'onn could take them with TP especially with everyone else distracting them. Given how he fights smart it is possible he would do that at some point.

With 30 mins prep team 2 can’t really do much but make a plan and split teams up

But with 30 mins prep for ds and thanos they will hard counter their weakness whatever it may be for them (Thanos could make up a telepathic device or reinforce his shields)
