I mean the guy didn’t have much screen time but he had some good showings. He beat Mark L Iron Man he was putting up a good fight against Hulkbuster and even did some pretty cool moves that make him look more skilled than Hulk like how he tore Hulkbusters arm off.

Anyway, I agree with post #2. If Tony was controlling Hulkbuster he would've mopped the floor with Cull in no more than a minute or so.

No, he beat Mark L while Tony is force to hold back due to environment and was wrecked by hulkbuster when Bruce got serious.

The only reason Cull was briefly beating Hulkbuster was because Bruce was banking on Hulk busting out and saving him. Literally 10 seconds after Bruce gave up on Hulk helping him and decided to do it himself...Cull was dead.

He’s just a stupid fighter. If Hulk vs Thanos taught you anything it is that Stenghr means squat when your opponent is AS strong or Stronger when the fighter is more skilled.

To me he'll always be the guy who was dragged by a puny gauntlet and then died crashing against the shield which was being bypassed by fodder Outriders.

Is actually a good showing. Ignores tank busting spear blast and then doesn't die when T'Challa hits him with his kinetic energy fully charged tank busting ×2 vibranium bladed punch. Cull getting jetted alongside the energy dome is also a good feat because he lasted a several seconds before exploding as opposed to the spaceships that exploded upon contact and the outriders who got cut to pieces instantly.

Street level seems about right. Same with Iron Man.
