OP should leave Kryptonite out of the prep, since if they have access to it it doesn't really matter all that much how good they prep. Just put the stone in Supes' face and call it a day.

We don't know how they got Batman's files, the OP never specified so we assume they just magically have the information. That's how it works when OP's give combatants information, most of the time.
