Even without scaling Wonder Woman is pretty powerful. She is capable of casually lassoing entire stars and planet busting. I’d say she probably takes round 1 due to her considerable speed advantage with moderate difficulty with no scaling. She stomps round 2 though.

Don't know about her pre crisis era feats but Thanos would effortlessly stomp her Post Crisis/New 52 counterpart

What about her Nemesis buster form or sickle cronus breaker form. Sickle of cronus was about to contain power of Yahweh so i think she can stomp Thanos

Any version of wonder woman beats Thanos. He was knocked out by Captain Marvel

But Wonder Queen (I refuse to demean her by calling her the generic "woman", it's "womyn" anyway) has a massive speed edge over the hulking professional stalker. She decapitates him with atom cutting sword
