What does it say about the state of these comics BTW that there is only ONE female and ONE gender fluid character?

Im glad Marvel are making strides to remedy this now but almost all of the DC team are pale male and stale while Marvel is saved here only because they're mostly aliens although half were still straight white males before their transformation.

1. Silver Surfer vs Mr Majestic No Idea


2. Fallen One vs Orion Orion beats his ass


3. Morg vs Superman Morg


4. Stardust vs Hal Jordan Could go either way, I'd back Hal


5. Terrax vs Captain Marvel Billy wrecks, Terrax has one outlier planet busting feat going for him and that's about it


6. Firelord vs Black Adam Probably Firelord

Round 2: Heralds comfortably

Anyway, Round 1

1. 
   Silver Surfer vs Mr Majestic - Overall superior, similar speeds, but Surfer has more hax that he will actually use bloodlusted and Majestic isn't tanking planetary energy blasts


2. Fallen One vs Orion - Has actually done something

   Morg vs Superman - I'm conflicted on this one, but I think that Morg should win, mostly based off him stomping Firelord+Airwalker, and beating the heralds, but I'm not sure


4. Stardust vs Hal Jordan - I feel like constructs are a pretty good counter for Stardust tbh, though if Stardust can phase through them(Dunno how well Constructs handle phasing), she wins


5. Terrax vs Captain Marvel - Terrax is a massive jobber and going by his higher end feats, he could stomp Billy, but by his more consistent showings, he loses


6. 
   Firelord vs Black Adam - Basically just because he has his own showings to go off of. Plus, I don't think that BA can handle Sun+++ temperatures

Round 2

I want to say heralds, mostly because a bloodlusted Surfer is really good against teams, though if teamwork is a factor, Morg and Terrax start trying to kill each other and team 2 stomps

Are the Heralds of Galactus taking part in round 2 the same 6 from the first round?

RD. 2 Heralds

Nowhere is Nova soloing, she is inexperienced and will get blitzed to death.

Orion's Rebirth counterpart had tanked a solar-system blast, judged by high-end feats, Supes had also tanked supernovas, and Majestros had created a sun equiplevent.

Bump

1. 
   Silver Surfer vs Mr Majestic---Norrin wins due to versatility, course Majestros can cut him with Kusar Blade, but SS would eventually wear him down with multiple planet-busting blasts.
   


2. Fallen One vs Orion---Orion should win due to feats, and frankly ripping our DS's heart is a better feat compared to surviving a massive gas giant explosion though KOed.
   


3. 
   Morg vs Superman---Morg as he was beating a bunch of Heralds.
   


4. Stardust vs Hal Jordan---I'd favor Hal a slight edge due to feats count and powerset.
   


5. Terrax vs Captain Marvel---Terrax SHOULD win by being a planet slicer, but he'll probably jobs and breaks his own neck. Overall, Cap has better, and more consistent showings.
   


6. 
   Firelord vs Black Adam---I'd give it to Firelord due to some of his high-showings, like fighting the Surfer, tanking Mjolnir, and sending his foes to another galaxy. They're more impressive compared to Adam's high showings tbh. Still a hard fight.
   

Regarding the second round I'd probably favor DC team, cause they can actually work with each other, unlike the Heralds (I mean, a lot of them have trust issues with other Heralds , and some even see one another as nemesis)

Close enough. I think I would only differ in round 1's matches 5 and 6. Black Adam's main advantage over Billy is that he doesn't fight like a 14-y old. The comment about round 2 was enlightened.
