Genuinely curious. Why are bullet timing feats generally so highly regarded on battle forums? We usually get so caught up on if a character can dodge bullets or not and obsess whenever a character "bullet times casually" or performs "single-double digits Mach" feats

Genuinely curious. Why are bullet timing feats generally so highly regarded on battle forums? We usually get so caught up on if a character can dodge bullets or not and obsess whenever a character "bullet times casually" or performs "single-double digits Mach" feats
