Yep Erza wins this one, I have done a large post before on her skills so I won't repeat it here but her versatile range of armours give her the strength to combat most opponents' weaknesses and she has crazy strength and durability just as base stats

On a humorous note, Chi-Chi for the reasons as followed: Goku is scared of her, she non-canonically defeated a couple of Lord Slug's men who're capable of generating energy blasts that took down Kid Gohan, and on one-occasion, teamed up with Bulma with long-pole frying pans to wreck Master Roshi.

On a serious note, Erza obliterates everyone.
