Tokuga is from the Legend of Korra comics. Nightwing from the animated Young Justice
Tokuga has his hook sword. Nightwing has his eskrima sticks
Fight takes place in a dojo.

Well Tokuga blitzed mako who reacted to an explosion in the same trilogy. Tokuga's tentacle is strong enough to break crystal or snap metal. as well as nimble enough to chi block. He also tanked a 100 foot drop.

Well Tokuga blitzed mako who reacted to an explosion in the same trilogy. Tokuga's tentacle is strong enough to break crystal or snap metal. as well as nimble enough to chi block. He also tanked a 100 foot drop.
