You add Corrigan (who is a multiversal buster), Fate (also a multiversal buster) and Hal Spectre (also a multiversal buster), they win easily.

On the other hand, team Dr Strange has NO ONE on par with Hostless Spectre, especially not Franklin, Strange or Shuma-Gorath. They have a few multiversal threats, yeah, but nothing on par with Spectre (Hostless).
