Pass input and output path from Multiple Image Processor to exec()
I am trying to understand ImageJ macros mechanism. In particular I'd like to pass the selected input and output to my macro. Per documentation I would find:
However the documentation for Multiple Image Processor is rather useless:
So my question is how do I pass the user entered input and output path to exec() function ?

I suspect my macro text file should looks like:
exec(""C:\Users\user\dicom-win64\binary"", "-i", input, "-o", output)
