Apache Server Alias Not Operator

How to include all subdomains into serveralias with except condition.

For example i want to make configuration for *.domainname.com except some specific subdomains like 'shop.domain.com' or 'example.domainname.com'. Are there any regex defination method etc.
What is the proper way to do that in .conf file?

<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName www.domainname.com
ServerAlias *.domainname.com
DocumentRoot "DocPath"
<Directory "DirectoryPath">
AllowOverride all
</Directory>
</VirtualHost>

I don't want to write any available subdomains into serveralias configuration.

<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName www.domainname.com
ServerAlias www.domainname.com ww.domainname.com any.domainname.com
DocumentRoot "DocPath"
<Directory "DirectoryPath">
AllowOverride all
</Directory>
</VirtualHost>
