He would lose to Hawkeye, Elektra and Captain America with gear. He would lose to the latter 2 gear or not. He would beat everyone else except maybe EoS Iron Fist, but we don't know what he can do exactly.

If he is given 2 tries, he will clear the 2nd time. Because that's how his shows work.

3 Arrows ? He dies at round 1. Make it standard gear and he stops at Elektra, which should be above Matt assuming this is current Elektra.

Stops at 2 or 3. 3 arrows are not enough to take down a bullet timer. And he's not winning in h2h either.

He still stomps Hawkeye though.

@originalcaptain: no Matt is better than elektra. The only reason he didn’t beat her in the first fight is because he didn’t want to hurt her and wanted to save her

Again he did not know that it was her, until the last second of the fight. He was most definitely trying to hurt her. He repeatedly punched her in the face.

I forgot that Danny is a casual bullet timer now. Even with standard gear Oliver potentially stops at Davos and definitely at Danny.

If Davos has the fist, he stops at Davos.

If not, he stops at Iron Fist.

Originalcaptain is right. He didn't know it was her until the very end. The look on his face when she walked in that you refer to was just him detecting a different heartbeat than the Hand fodder in suits. Even if you check the dialogue, Matt had to ask "What is it?". To which, Jessica said "oh, sh*t." Even he didn't know at first. He just detected this individual was different. If he knew the whole time, he wouldn't have paused mid-fight to say, "Elektra?" He paused, cocked his head, the show honed in on her heart beating, and then he IDed her.
