When did EMS Sasuke use Perfect Susanno?

This is a hard one. Guy is the physically dominant one here, but with intel Sasuke does have the capabilities to put Guy down. There is also the question if EMS Sasuke has perfect Susanoo, which would give him the victory.

Susanoo has always been equal to kurama. Its called portrayal, they are portrayed as equal every time such as in the final battle.

Juubito being faster than Guy is unsubstantiated. Especially when Juudara fodderized everyone Juubito fought against but 7th gate was able to contend briefly.
