Strength wise they are pretty close, but I don't think Mr. I has the stamina to keep up the fight like Hulk has.

I know what hulk can do and I did watch the incredibles movie, well actually I own a copy of the DVD.  Lets see, well he seems to push and lift things a good deal heavier than a jeep.   But the hulk has savagery.  Though he only seems to get stronger with a rather large amount of anger.  Like the 03 hulk, his strength grows in bursts, not constantly.   Hulk's healing factor seems to be variable, he took hours to heal cuts, but when Abomination stabbed him through the gut the wound disappeared after Abomination pulled it out.   And also Hulk was in no way weakened by the Serum in that fight, Sterns was right about the serum merely being able to suppress that particular transformation.     Though mr.incredible seems to only get his skin punctured by the harder than diamonds and sharper than swords claws of the Omnidroids.      Hulk's skin was penetrated on too many occasions for me to list them all.   

For now I say Mr.Incredible unless someone can give me more info.  Also, Movie hulk is getting way more fights way more rapidly than Comic book hulk is.

Hulk lost to Thanos while Mr. Incredible beat syndrome, who would easily stomp Thanos.

Also, Hulk is millions more strong than superman,so Mr Incredible would beat Superman!

If you look at posts 81 and 84, you'll see that Cap can beat Hulk, who can beat Supes; just read the thread.

Since Mr Incredible can beat cap, who can beat superman, supported by post 63 but also found in this post here,

MCU Hulk stomps him. If this was just 2008 Hulk, I could see a case for Mr Incredible.

Being 100% honest, I think Mr. Incredible would put up a really good fight. Remember, his suit is very durable on top of him being very strong and durable as well.

His suit is able to take missles and machine gun fire like it's nothing.

I'd have to say Incredible could win at least 2/10 rounds here.

Well the OP actually does say this is hulk from the 2008 film.

@bump1010: To be fair, this battle was created around the time of the first Incredible Hulk movie when the MCU had barely even begun. The reason why it says Hulk from the 2008 film is because that’s the only movie MCU Hulk had appeared in. That’s why this battle can be interpreted two ways. You can see it as just 2008 Hulk or for the overall MCU Hulk.

Mr. Incredible has a chance against the Professor Hulk. But I think the Hulk is still more likely. However, the Hulk's angrier forms beat Mr. Incredible easily. Mr. Incredible can not infinitely enhance his power.

If it's 2008 Hulk he might lose to prime Mr. Incredible.

He can punch a robot around a 100 meters away when Tanks and missiles can't even move the thing an inch.

He could stop a train in a few dozen meters. He was pretty great tbh.

2008 Hulk however is also very impressive. It'd be a good fight to see.

But if it's any other version of the Hulk Mr. Incredible probably loses.
