Its not like he's weak, but against KCM2 Minato there's just nothing he can do, especially considering his lack of piercing durability and Minato's teleportation jutsu that outmatched the Raikage, along with KCM2 levels of raw speed is just too much for Kakashi to handle speed wise. Those things in combination mean Kakashi eats a speedblitz+kunai to the face.

@originalcaptain: Yeah, only Naruto can combine the two. Which is the reason why I was surprised to see both, but I didn't understand you just allowed him feats preformed by both versions instead of combining the two. Regardless, I still think this is one sided.
