Latveria is destroyed by a failed experiment of Doctor Doom which resulted in summoning Onslaught, then Doctor Doom has to find a new place to settle while requesting aid from Apocalypse, so he resorts to integrating all Latverian remnants into the Xandarian Worldmind, correspondingly to Apocalypse's philosophy about the "survival of the fittest", which will be implemented by using the deaths the unfit to impose the fittest upon those unfit that are still alive. So Doctor Doom, realising that he owes his magnificent plan to the deaths of his people by Onslaught, he forms an alliance with him, and Nova is too overwhelmed by the radical modification of the Worldmind, so he becomes Doctor Doom's pawn. Nova wreaks havoc across interstellar civilizations, ending up with the recruitment of Silver Surfer and the Hulk for the protection of the universe's stability, with the latter transforming into the Space Punisher persona due to his constant and extensive engagements in various areas of space. Doctor Doom & Apocalypse crush many of Earth's greatest powers, but Namor's Atlantis is left mostly unharmed, as Nova could not easily invade Atlantis where most of his abilities would be useless, so Namor is tasked with leading Earth's struggle to survive Doctor Doom, Apocalypse, Onslaught and Nova. Onslaught defeats Nightmare, Mephisto and Dormammu while ignoring Hela, who is empowered by her new status as the dominant ruler of the afterlife as she integrated portions of the other realms of the dead, so she manages to conquer a weakened by Nova's attacks Asgard, but joins Space Punisher Hulk, Silver Surfer and Namor as she does not want to lose what she just got by an unstoppable team of Doctor Doom, Apocalypse, Onslaught and Nova. Fight takes place in Bloodmuck Swamp on the Dark Elf planet of Svartalfheim, one of the nine worlds of Asgard. No prep, no intervention, morals on, standard equipment and powers. Fight lasts until all heroes from either team are dead.

Yeah, sure, like if that's ever happening...At least could've used a more credible scenario or one that wouldn't make Hela, who isn't even among the most powerful Hell-Lords/Lords of Splinter Realms when compared to the other three, become a non-factor.

Unless the three are at the brink of death and lost almost all their powers, Onslaught would be paste.
