Scenario:

Shizuo Heiwajima was walking around Ikebukuro as he smoked his cigarettes. Today-- today was a long day and Shizuo wasn't having it. Today people where acting stupid, and some people where constantly picking fights with him. All he could do right out is sigh as he continued to walk down the streets of Ikebukuro. Suddenly, Shizuo bumped into someone.

"Hey, watch where you were going." The man spoke out in a monotone voice, however, he managed to tch a mark on Shizuo.

"The hell did you say?" Shizuo spoke out in an angered tone as he turned his head towards a man with red-hair, Mikoto Suoh.

"I said watch where you were going," Mikoto spoke out as he turned his head towards Shizuo. "Do you got a problem with that?"

Shizuo could tell he didn't like this man as he looked towards him. This man's tone of voice, and slight attitude just pissed him off. "You piss me off."

"Is that right?" Mikoto turned around with his hands in his pockets as he faced Shizuo. "How about you do something about it then."

Shizuo and Mikoto only kept their eyes facing each other. Mikoto let one of his hands leave his pockets as he engulfed in a bright red flame, almost resembling the color pink. His eyes had widened, Shizuo took on a slight surprised look on his face, however, in retaliation- Shizuo gripped a stop-sign and ripped it from the ground. Mikoto's eyes widened as well. Despite all that he's dealt with, he's never fought a guy who can rip sign-posts off the ground- especially with one hand.

'This guy got some monster strength,' Mikoto thought towards himself as he removed his other hand in his pocket and engulfed it in his flames. 'Best take care of him while I can.'

Shizuo and Mikoto looked towards each other for one finally. Both fighters ran towards each other as a fight between two hot-headed smokers had commenced.

• Both have no knowledge of each other, nor do they have prep-time


• Fight takes place in the streets of Ikebukuro


• Mikoto and Shizuo start out 4 meters apart
