Proteus stomps

Proteus has a habit of being beaten by relatively lower level players and has a vulnerability to metal. I feel like Ultron can exploit his vastly superior intelligence and this vulnerability, especially if he is allowed some of his bots.

Proteus absolutely has the sheer power to win, but I dont think he necessarily has mastered how or when to use it.

Isn't Proteus a powerful matter manipulator?

Reality warper who is also a head case teenager who has erratic control over his powers and is vulnerable to metal.

Vulnerable to metal?

Yep. Until he takes a host he exists in an energy form that gets whacked out by metal. Hes been beaten by the likes of colossus before.
