Who wins and why?

Leaning slightly towards team Bakugo, but it's pretty hard to tell. I'm not positive how durable Satou is for example, and while I'm confident that Ida or Ojiro should be able to outmaneuver him I dunno if they can take him down. I think this fight would rely on which teammates would beat who, since Todoroki and Bakugo should fight each other for awhile. It'd just depend on who could help their leader overwhelm the other leader.

I haven't seen enough from the members of either team to say who should win...I'll wait till the other class members get more feats before posting an opinion

Bakugo's team, definitely

Team Bakugou, better synergy, and is overall more dangerous.

While they do have better synergy I'm not sure I agree Bakugo's team is more dangerous. Todoroki and Ida are in the top tier in the class at this point IMO.

@jashro44: True, but a least in my eyes Satou>Ojiro (neither have many feats, but given what we have I'd say Satou can tag Ojiro) and Jirou>Shouji (better offensive presence and just as good at tracking, if not better), which make me think it balances out imo.

@gilgameshthepimptoendallpimps: I'd agree with that. I could maybe see Shoji beating Sero and holding off Satou if he were to fight either of them. Ojiro might lose to anyone I guess...

Bakugo is generally the smartest here and his team is more proven. Ida's a problem but despite Recpiro Burst his actual speed is unimpressive and he has little control, I don't think Bakugo would have trouble with him. Also while Shouto has better control he usually opens with ice which can be smashed. Shouji and Ojiro have the least useful powers, especially since they start visible.
