Hard to say, the power to restructure everything he gets close to is pretty OP, but is hardly his only card. He has a kidou that burns people with hi own energy. That would give him a help and the many kidous he knows to stop his enemies from moving is gonna give Kakashi more troubles. Gonna go with Urahara in a close fight for round 2, about 6/10, and Kisuke 10/10 for the first one.

DMS Kakashi wins in a good fight

All due to respect to kisuke, but i wa severely disppointed with his restructure bankai.

R1: Kakashi's going to land a Kamui faster than Kisuke can grab him with his stiches, and that's what its going to take for him to win with no prep.

Kisuke's kind of terrible in 1v1s. He's a prep and support guy.
