If it's a random encounter, Thor easily. Wanda is oneshottable with anything. Lightning, stormbreaker hit, a barehanded punch. Hulk and Tony can goes down with stormbreaker hits. Strange goes down with lightning or a stormbreaker hit. With bifrost, Thor can always teleport himself back if Strange teleports him.

Really the only win conditions for the team is getting Wanda close enough to mess with Thor's mind, which means teamwork in preventing Thor from just blasting her with lightning. Anyone trying to trade hits with Thor is going to end up like Thanos. Maybe if they go at it with a plan like the Titan Team did for Thanos, they can pull something similar. And nobody in team is soloing.

Strange and Wanda are enough.

Strange and Wanda can take him, I'd even argue for them soloing in grueling fights.

How is Wanda gonna solo? Both have high damage output however one has the durability of a human and would get ragdolled by an aoe attack since her shield will be able to tank a concentrated attack.

Well... She doesn't. If there was a solid case for Wanda soloing, someone would have successfully argued it by now in the various Thor vs Scarlet Witch threads. If Wanda was anywhere near Thor's level, she wouldn't have needed to kill Vision. Wanda's damage output doesn't actually rival Thor's. She's got nothing on the scale of the Jotunheim or Sokovia feats, or even the leviathan or outrider dropship feats. Thor hits harder and has better durability. The only realistic win condition she has on Thor is getting up close and using her mind tricks. Which is something that she couldn't pull off against far inferior opponents, like Proxima.

With teamwork, the team might be able to get Wanda close enough to Thor to mind trick him. Specifically, using Stranges portals in the same way they did against Thanos. Nobody on this team is soloing. Team is not even taking it without a solid plan.

Thor solos with ease. Only way they could win is time stop
