Serverless framework, S3 created, but event handler not getting created
I am working on my first serverless app and I'm stuck: The S3 bucket is being created, but event handler is not. I have been going through the docs trying to find what I'm doing wrong, but I just can't seem to find an answer.

If am not wrong you can configure event when some action perform on bucket while in your case you want to configure event on bucket itself.docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/user-guide/…
