How to get started with conda

0

I am trying to get conda to work. To get started, I tried
to follow the instructions given here:

[a link] (https://conda.io/docs/user-guide/getting-started.html)

Here is the list of commands that I executed:

sudo dnf install conda
conda --version
conda update conda // does not work
conda info
conda create --name snowflakes biopython
cat /home/blufox/.conda/envs/snowflakes/lib/python3.7/venv/scripts/common/activate
sudo updatedb
locate snowflakes | wc // 16,642 entries
du -h -s .conda // 1.4G
ls -R .conda
conda info
conda list // does not work
conda activate snowflakes // suggested solution does not work
conda activate // suggested solution does not work

Does anyone know how to activate conda on a Fedora 29 system?

"Does not work" is not sufficient for diagnostics. Please edit your post to add the exact error messages you're getting and what you tried to fix them.
