Who wins and why?

Well Midoriya and Bakugo don't have experience with teleporters as far as I can remember, but I don't think Scorpion usually spams ports, and I can't remember ever being impressed by the stats of MK characters.

They have some impressive durability feats in the comics. Also scorpion can amp his punches so he can punch through people.

can scorpion be killed by conventional means?

Any reason why the MHA duo can't just spam ranged nukes?

Both members of team 2 can teleport. So area of effect attacks are avoidable for these two. Also I am assuming your exaggerating with the nuke comment but Deku doesn't really use his full power anymore due to the strain on his body. And scorpion can take quite a beating:

So not sure if he would go down that easily. Deku and Bakugo also don't kill.
