if gildartz gets a good hit on Dolffy then there is nothing to show that he can come back from an attack like Gildartz crush magic. That being said Dolffy is just to dam strong with his abilities. Took Gear 4 Luffy TWO TIMES to put him down/folded a good portion of the city along with the bedrock. Now Gildartz has taken out a town before, and a mountain by slightly powering up his attack, yet speed wise he won't be able to land such hits as often.

Dolffy wins 7/10 times and Glidratz 3/10 just because he has the ability to destroy Dolffy IF he hits him which he be lucky if he does.
