Flash is Fodder but, Clark is planetary and way too fast.

@eobard21: I do, Flash is constantly shown as a Jobber, he has zero ways of harming her even if we assume phasing would work on someone of this caliber she would only regen.

Hence why I said Clark wins but Flash doesn't, he's the only one who exceeds her show limits.
