Both of them have little to no feats, so it's hard to say who will win & lose.

That depends on where the fight would take place, on Asgard Odin stomps, In Hell Mephisto does...But anywhere else I'd give the edge to Odin. Odin can whoop Thanos ass in a fair fight whereas I don't think Mephisto could.

Well, both are very powerfull.

Mephisto gave the powers of Ghost Rider for Jhonny Blaze, and could remove them if he wanted, in the comics and the film his image is confused with the own Devil, he reigns over hell.

Odin is the lord of Asgard, he removed Thor's powers and can enchant a hammer so that no one can move it, he did it with a few words.

I had forgotten of that scene. Mephisto have control of Johnny Blaze all the time, Johnny was a puppet, but the pact could only be undone by own Johnny Blaze, rules of the game, well remembered.

GR 2 is better. Mephisto was not a fighter, but had the better powers IMO. Mephisto powers through his son, who as qouted having the same powers, was able to Depower Ghost Rider. Mephisto himself could cure cancer easy, raise the dead many times, control Blaze like a puppet in the first half of the movie, grant immortality, and grant the power to black out the light as well decomposition of anything touched by Blackout. He also curropted a whole western town into becoming psycho killers.

Odin enchanted a hammer to not be picked up, and that's it magic wise. We see him fight some Dark Elves and big whoop lol.

I'm siding with the devil. The only limits Mephisto have is the contracts and rules of his own game put on him.

Both of them have little to no feats, so it's hard to say who will win & lose.

Well, both are very powerfull.

Mephisto gave the powers of Ghost Rider for Jhonny Blaze, and could remove them if he wanted,
